World Oceans Day Event: Sea Trip on the Helford
For
World Oceans Day we are taking a boat trip with River Warden Nigel
Knight on the Helford not actually a river but a valley flooded by
the sea.
We
will explore creeks, inlets and rock pools not easily reached from land.
From
Mawnan Smith, take the road to Porth Navas.
Take
left turn signed to Helford Passage and park behind the Ferryboat Inn.

This is an open boat so wear suitable clothing and soft-soled shoes.
Cost
£5 per person.

A flood-tide boat trip enabling us to explore the River Fal and its creeks looking at the wealth of wildlife which inhabits this unspoilt piece of coastline.
